DAVID MARTIN RE-SIGNS WITH DOLPHINS

In 2008, Dolphins tight end David Martin had his best season of his career while teamed with Anthony Fasano. Martin was expected to have a big role in the Dolphins offense last season. However Martin missed the entire season with a knee injury and was released by the team in September.

One year later, Martin is back with the Dolphins as the team looks to bolster their tight end position. With Martin gone last season, Fasano's numbers dropped drastically, and the tight ends on the team did not produce much. Martin will compete with veterans Joey Haynos, Kory Sperry and John Nalbone for a roster spot.
