RENOVATIONS WOULD BE COMPLETED FOR 2015 SEASON 
The Dolphins on Monday announced plans for a $400 million stadium renovation that would modernize the 25 year old stadium and help land Super Bowl L in 2016. The $400 million project, which would be completed by the start of the Dolphins 2015 regular season includes new comfortable seats, new HD score boards, seats closer to the field, updated lighting and sound, a canopy to protect fans from weather among other things. The other major announcement is if these renovations go forward, the Dolphins will sign an agreement to remain in Miami at least through the 2034 season.
