TOP CORNERBACK ON MARKET LANDS IN MIAMI
The Dolphins badly needed cornerback help with the departure of Sean Smith to Kansas City, and on Saturday morning the Dolphins took a big step towards solidifying the position. The team announced it has signed Pro Bowl cornerback Brent Grimes, formally of the Atlanta Falcons, to a one year, $5.5 million deal. There is one major concern regarding the addition of Grimes, and that is his health. He tore his Achilles tendon on September 9th, 2012 and is still in the process of rehabbing the injury. While Grimes is expected to miss Spring offseason workouts, the hope is that he will be 100% when training camp begins at the end of July.
