Holy crap. I don't think I could do squats on that ball without a bar or any weight much less like that. That is insane.
Same here...but tomorrow...I'm definitely going to attempt to stand and balance on the ball.
If I can, then I'll move on to trying to free squat lol.

I typically do squats or leg press everyday other than the day before and day after that I do an entire leg workout.
So on days that I do chest or biceps or whatever, I usually lock in some light weight squats or leg press just to get more testosterone pumping to maximize the rest of my workout.
