Winning Formula is Simple (practically Elementary)

    #1. Play good aggressive Defense

#2. Don't Turn the Ball Over

#3. Ricky carries 30 times (give or take a few)

    #4. Efficient QB play

    #5. Make some big plays

    #6. Bench Fletcher

We still have hope and that is a scary thing for any AFC Team.

Well, if you do that, you'll always win. That's why we aren't undefeated, sometimes you can't do EVERYTHING. If you wanna list that many things we gotta do, why don't you just say we gotta score more points to win?

    Why, Omare Lowe of course.........
At a television studio in Hollywood on Monday night, Dolphins defensive end Jason Taylor was doing the fox trot. He probably was wearing makeup, too.
About an hour south down Interstate 5, quarterback John Beck was on the verge of lining up his chicken nuggets in a shotgun formation.
