    yeah, I'm sure that everyone here would understand such a complex agreement in the time they were given.

    IMO, many owners just voted yes w/o knowing 100% exactly what they were agreeing to because they were under pressure...at least he was honest enough to say that he didn't understand it completely.

    I can barely understand the salary cap, I doubt I could understand the CBA agreement

    Exactly. Ralph Wilson was being honest and I guarantee that he wasn't the only owner to have questions about what they were voting on. I'm happy the CBA is in place now, but I don't blame Wilson for voting no. They were under a deadline and under EXTREME pressure.
