Barry Jackson comments on Lemon, Roth, Vick

    5/31/2006

"Among players Dolphins coach Nick Saban is raving about: No. 3 quarterback Cleo Lemon (''tremendous improvement'') and defensive end Matt Roth ("like a different guy this year -- much more confident.'')

"[Marcus] Vick's humility and receptiveness to coaching have impressed teammates. His brother, Falcons quarterback Michael Vick, has called with advice."

That is great news about Roth. Maybe we will finally get to see what he can really do this year.

    kewl,
I can't wait for the PreSeason just to get a look at some of these players and what Nick has done with them before It counts. Know what I mean?

    Roth

Iowa recruited him AND played him for a year at LB, hopefully, the "different guy" remark is attributed somewhat to his versatility.

I hope the "different guy" remark isnt about his versatility. I hope it is completely contributed to leaps and bounds he is making at the DE position.
