Your Tax Dollars stoping you from Gambling your dollars online

congress passed a law (attached to a national security law??) that makes it illegal for banks to do business with online gambling companies. They did this to curb online gaming. the problem is most banks already donot do business with these sites and you have to go through a third party (netteller, firepay) to make transactions. They want to stop online gambling but just passed a law that does nothing. Morons.

Now i read that partygamming (partypoker and partygammon) along with 888 (i think it is pacific poker) will no longer deal with real money customers from the united states if the president signs this bill into law.

It is also important to note that, once signed, the new legislation will not criminalize individuals for playing poker online. Instead, the bill will eventually attempt to prevent the transfer of funds to online gaming.
