    Phil Savage anyone?

Everyone here is talking about keeping Mueller as GM

Personally, I think Phil Savage is better, and it appears he may be leaving Cleveland

This is the man responsible for assembling the Ravens team that features a number of future HOF'ers

Savage is actually better at scouting than being a GM. He worked under Ozzy Newsome in Baltimore. In Cleveland, he had more control and didn't do as well in that job. I would love him here to head the scouting department, but not as the GM.

And put more crap in there. He's a solid scout but a horrible GM and he's on his way to possibly being fired.
