Fransico Rodriguez currently owes over $10,000 in child support for a 15 year-old-girl, but according to blood results and the girl's mother the child is not his. At a court hearing, Rodriguez said, "It's not right.…
"Hockey is like heroin. Only drug addicts do heroin. It's not like a recreational drug. Hockey is kind of the same way. Only hockey fans watch hockey."
Ok, I am confused, are they still together as husband and wife? And still the courts, because of some red-tape, are stating that invalid child support still needs to be paid? However, the Florida court system is still trying to force him to pay child support on the girl of $305 per month, plus the $10,000 that is already owed. The reason is because he did not challenge this issue until after the deadline, but Rodriguez said he didn’t get the paperwork until after the deadline. Rodriguez said, “It’s like you’re drowning every day.”
After the deadline, which is set in the system to protect the children, the only way to contest, according to the Center for Law and Social Policy, is “on the basis of fraud, duress or material mistake of fact.”
To try and resolve this issue, the judge ordered Rodriguez and the girl to take a court ordered DNA test. Rodriguez has taken his but the mother and girl did not show up to take the test. It is still currently unknown whether the girl has taken the test or not.
Rodriguez’s wife said, “It’s hard when your daughter needs sneakers and you have to pay $305 or your husband goes to jail,” and that “it’s just unfair.”
If I read this correctly, the wife, by lying brought all this on her self, her husband, and her daughter (but not his).????
"To me, there are three things we all should do every day of our lives. Number one is laugh. You should laugh every day. Number two is think. You should spend some time in thought. And Number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy.
"If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special."

I wouldn't pay it....they could lock my *** up if they wanted to. F-that!!!! I am sorry but that is just wrong.
That's crap, you shouldn't have to pay for a kid that isn't yours(and neither should the public).
