    I just don't see the appeal. . .

I actually thought about getting into EVE though. Seems a bit late for that to be honest.

Cracked out on EQ for 4 years then started WOW around 1 month after launch.

I took a 6month break at one point but now I am right back in the fold.

Holy/Shadow (dual Specs) 80 Undea Priest and BE Blood DK on Drak'thul . I also have a 29 twink rogue that is now neglected.

In psychology, Stockholm Syndrome is an apparently paradoxical psychological phenomenon in which hostages express empathy and have positive feelings towards their captors, sometimes to the point of defending them. "[6]

I play too but on a private server that only goes to lvl 70. Its a lot of fun especially when playing with people you know and don't take it too seriously.

i tried wow but thought it was too cartoony. also i was burned out for 4 years of playing final fantasy XI online. to go to wow afterwards was a change but i just quit mmorpg's all together since in the long run i got nothing out of the hours invested after i turn off the machines and the companies get my RL gold/gil.
it started with the tuck rule.

if a Quarterback is attempting to pass he must have the ball tucked completely back into his body before it can be a fumble. This means even if he is attempting to tuck back into his body when he fumbles it is an incomplete pass.
