As some of you guys know, I have been at it for about a year. Well, the last few months have not been good for working about cause I am back to working 12 hours shifts with a 3 hour round trip drive but I still watch what I eat but am no longer on a diet really. So far, no weight gained. I wanna brag a little if you guys don't mind.

It's not really that hard IF you watch what you eat and make sure you do your workout even on the days you don't feel like it.

If anyone has any questions, I will try to help. I am no expert but so far I have went from 225 to 184. I really want a six pack but I will settle for a flat tummy.
