Jason Taylor is "leaning heavily" towards signing with the Jets

Free agent Jason Taylor is "leaning heavily" toward signing with the Jets, according to the New York Daily News.
The Jets are believed to be offering a two-year deal. The Daily News cautions not to be surprised if the decision "goes into next week." The Jets will want to know by mid-week, however, so they can firm up their draft plans.

Zach Thomas: I played against New England twice a year every year my whole career. I learned to not like that team. I wasn't going to join them.

This is getting old. It won't be resolved until after the draft. The stories about him being miffed at the Dolphins for refusing to address it pushing him toward the Jets are ridiculous. It has everything to do with several factors. He is deeply concerned about his legacy in South Florida and amongst Dolfans. Now that Marshal has been brought in, the Dolphins could very well be within 2 years of a serious run at the Super Bowl, something he covets.

Not an easy decision and with the amount of pressure the Jets are putting on him without success, indicate that he is content with waiting until next week when the Trifecta said they will deal with it. He has nothing to bind him in to giving the Jets a decision before the draft.

Take it easy JT. Good luck vs Big Jake.
Jets suck, Bills suck, Patriots suck.

Let the douche go... we seem to win stuff when he is gone anyway. As much as I've always loved JT, this kinda changes my opinion on him. I understand he still wants to play football, and thinks he can; but, to go to the jets? That's slapping dolphin fans in the face.
