    Return to the Henne-Sanchez debate.

    http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post...sanchez-debate

I think its really funny what trent dilfer says.
"I like Chad Henne," Dilfer said. "I think he's good player. I think he's limited athletically. I don't think he's the same type of athlete as Mark Sanchez. He's not the same type of thrower. He's kind of a fastball thrower. He doesn't have the repertoire as a football player that Mark Sanchez has. That doesn't mean he can't develop it, but that's going to take longer.

"Sanchez is the unique talent of the last five or six draft classes because he has that Alpha male personality. He has that 'it factor.' Then physically he has the sudden feet, plenty of arm, is highly accurate, was mature beyond his years as a college player. He has a distinct advantage because of his makeup, the total package, and they're supporting him in such a great way.

"Yep. Blow it up. This might the worst team I've ever seen constructed in my life.
And then you throw in the terrible preparation and in-game coaching. There is no defense.
But do it right. Fire everyone in the building. No survivors. , JiF Jetnation

You guys say you dont give a crap what ESPN/Any other news resource says, but everybody posts EVERY single article related to Jets/Phins. Who cares. Trent Dilfer wasnt a amazing QB, but he could manage games well. He isnt a moron when it comes to the NFL, and knows more than anybody ever will on this site.

May not care much about what ESPN says. But since we are in the offseason, they give out something to talk about. But they are at times, very poor with analysis as with most "Experts". The sad thing about Dilfer is that he is turning into a media bandwagon type, rather then actually using his football IQ. It is rather sad because overall, I always liked Dilfer. But we know for sure that he knows more then the Jests posters on a Miami Dolphin website...

So that means his opinions will never be wrong? Come on dude. It's an opinion.

Did you read his reasoning for WHY he said he feels Sanchez is going to be better in his opinion? Sure, if you give me credible reasons why Sanchez is better then Henne, I'll listen all day. But when you come up with garbage like this, don't ask why people are making fun of him.

    1) He has that Alpha male personality.

    2) His sudden feet - Which mind you half way through the season Mark Sanchez was still ducking away from the rush, throwing early balls to avoid pressure, even when it wasn't directly in front of him at times. I remember 'happy' feet came up more then quick feet when talking about Marl Sanchez. Dude looked like he was scared to take a love tap, let alone a hit. Maybe that's what he means by "sudden feet"?

3)Plenty of arm - Ummm, Do I really need to go there? How many QB's have had plenty of arm and done absolutely jack in this league?

Plus, doesn't Mark Sanchez have tiny hands?

    4) Highly accurate?? I'm sorry, I have a hard time believing a guy who threw 20 interceptions in 360 pass attempts is even accurate, let alone highly accurate. Is this guy serious? Completing 53% of your passes when you have defenses loading up against the leagues #1 running game is not accurate.
