Funny but again typical of how you form a subjective opinion based on your pro or anti biases and then parse your arguments to form-fit. If you were around in Spain near the start of the 16th century and believed past popular opinion you'd be arguing with Chris Columbus that the world was flat despite his first hand perceptions.

Oh and far Pau is better than any player LeBron played with up until last season.
There are different levels in the NFL, Brady and Peyton are above the others for their careers but a guy who doesn't have single elite full season is not elite. Sorry that bothers you.

Team vs. individual is very different. A team in 3 years that has the most playoff wins in the league and most ttile game apps is elite, not ever player from a SB winning team is elite.

Any team in the league has the ability to win if LeBron is on your team. Unfortunately Cleveland didn't have the brains to win with LeBron and that's why he left. They kept sticking JJ Hickson with LeBron. Antwan Jamisonand other scrub players.
Howard had nobody when he beat Lebron and Cle a few years ago, they should have beaten Bos in Lebron's last season but he quit.

omg junc, you still in here arguing about this dude? lmfao, junc is persistant il give him that. The facts are, nobody wanted to play in cleveland, period. DOesnt matter if they had lebron or not, cleveland is known as a losing town in whatever sport there in, with or without lebron, it doesnt matter, they suck. They could not get any legit free agent stars like paul pierce/stoudamaire/ray allen/bosh. They had to settle for mo williams/antwan jamisson type players, decent players at best. shaq was over the hill when he got there.
How do we know that? Pierce was never a FA, Amar'e was a FA who signed after Lebron signed in Miami, Ray Allen was a trade and it's sad that lebron allowed Bosh to dictate where he would play.

who did Cle pick up? by the end of the year they didn't have a single starter from the previous year starting for them, not a single starter from '10 was even playing later in the '11 season.

it wasn't all Lebron, if they had all the pieces around him starting when he left they would have won a lot of games.

and now Cle is building a pretty good team and can add a nice piece this week to team up w/ Irving.
You just gonna keep providing more and more proof that Cleveland is a ****ty organization or what lol? LeBron leaves and none of the guys from the year before are coming back the following year? Yeah, every team that LeBron had in Cleveland was utterly pathetic. One would think if they actually had "pieces" that they could have retained one or two. But no, they had **** like Carrottop's less successful identical twin cousin in Cleveland. LeBron found a way to win 66 games there lol. Unreal.

thats the most ridicules thing i have ever heard from you junc. Bosh did not influence lebron in any way or even talk to him about signing miami. Lebron made a decision based on where had the best chance to win, was it staying in cleveland or playing in miami? a winning franchise that has recently won a championship and has pieces to be a dynasty if i go there..... hmm at this point lebron is weighing his options, by himself mind you. If you weight both teams at the time on a championship meter, cleveland on a 1-10 scale is at a 7.5 while miami is at a 9.8 . Lebron already frustrated with the constant losing and disloyal teammates, thinks to himself "what the hell am i still doing here' ? A dynasty awaits him in miami at this point, it was a no brainer junc, just let it go bud.

Michael left after Chi won 3 championships, Lebron left under different circumstances which could have almsot destroyed the franchise.

Lebron should have won championships(at least a championship) in Cle, he had enough if he played to his greatness when it mattered most.

    Magic's 7th year:
played with Kareem, AC Green, Worthy, Cooper, Byron Scott: coached by Riles, owned by Dr Jerry Buss, Jerry West GM

    Bird's 7th year:
played with Ainge, DJ, MJcHale, Parish: coached by KC Jones (2 championships), President and former allstar coach and elite GM, Arnold "Red" Auerbach

    Jordan's 7th year:
played with Pippen (rated a fellow top 50 all time player), Paxton and Grant; coached by Phil, the coaching GOAT,

    LeBron's 7th year:
played with Jamison, Williams, Iggy,Vaejao, Hicks, Delonte; coached by Mike Brown (demonstrated this year he's nothing without LeBron even coaching a superstar plus 2 of the league's top 15-20 players). Owner: Dan "The "The Moron" Gilbert, GM, perennial failure Danny Ferry (who resigned before he could be fired)

Yeah, sure, I'd want to play for a team with Delonte, Iggy and Williams, Mike Brown as the coach, Danny Ferry as the GM (who only retained that job because of LeBron) and an owner who LeBron no doubt knew was a jerk using him as a cash cow long before his embarrassing tirades and empty guarantees versus Mickey Arrison, Pat Riley, Pat's protege coach and the Heat's cast of characters.\

Oh and you conveniently forget that one of the guys you hold LeBron up to, Magic, actually got Paul Westhead fired. How much of a dedicated team player is that? Did I mention that MJ actually quit on his team?

    /end ludicrous hater-agenda argument

The NBA had fewer teams and better teams in those other eras, while lebron didn't ahve extremnely talented players around him he had enough to win in a watered down NBA if he played at his reg season level in postseason.

where did I debate getting coaches fired? Magic already WON a championship w/ Westhead, he did so w/ Kareem out injured in Game 6 at Philly.

I was definitely in consideration for best deck hand of all time, but I still took my talents to a better situation. My move to better things doesnt diminish my GOAT legacy.

Just to put this into its proper bias-laced subjective perspective:

On one hand the route LeBron took to actually make the world championship finals not once but 2 times in the last 3 years (3X altogether) is worthy of criticism but on the other the route a mediocre team took to be gifted into the playoffs in one of the most egregious scheduling inequities in NFL history is perfectly fine and valid.. Funny how that works out, eh?

Nowhere did I criticize him or the heat for winning, it was insecure heat/Lebron fans that bumped this back up and when you did we have to discuss the reality of how he took the easy way out to win. No one ever said a)the heat weren't elite(even before the title) or b)Lebron isn't elite but keep making stuff up so you can drag your Jets jealousies into every discussion on the board.
