Bills offense that bad or Mike Nolan that good? Thread from Billszone

http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topi...lan-that-good/ Saw this thread on Billszone and thought it was interesting because it showed what the other team though about Nolan's D. I am a believer-- I do believe that Nolan's D is that good. Can't wait to watch Wake breakout even more.

of course if I was on the losing end of that, I'd much prefer to think it was the D and the DC who ripped my team a new one, rather than my O being that inept.

1 down, 15 more losses to go. Don't worry 2008 Detroit Lions, you'll have company soon enough.

I think a little of both. I still love how we tackled and swarmed to the ball. We played with alot of intensity.

Another interesting aspect is that I believe the defense has an advantage early in the season. The more games are played the more teams can prepare. Both defenses played very well yesterday and will keep the Bills in some games. If Marshall had held onto that ball that was an another easy 3 points at least. If J.Allen held onto that INT he dropped we would be anointing him a Saint.

Good things indeed. Minnesota is who new ballgame. We'll see what they're really made out of.

from that thread, it sounded like it was more our defense being good than it was thier offense being bad...

We held the ninth overall pick (whom of which is supposed to be a great game breaker) to 6 yards, Jackson who had 1,000 yards last year to 19 yards, and lynch who had 1,000 yards his first two year and is tough to bring down, to 13 yards... that has to be said for something - even with a crappy OL
I believe any man's finest hour - his greatest fulfillment to all he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle...Victorious

The Dolphins D looks good, especially the pass rush. The Bills offensive playcalling looked awful.

I love this quote below from the Bills message board !!!

Miami's defenders displayed some pretty solid tackling though. was impressed with Miami's D. Especially their technique in tackling. They were outstanding

    I think it's a combination of both.
