Eagles Seeking Late-first Round or Second-Round Pick for Kolbs/ Fins Interested

Buzz around the Senior Bowl has the Philadelphia Eagles looking for a late-first round or second-round pick in the 2011 NFL Draft in exchange for quarterback Kevin Kolb.

Jeffrey McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Kolb’s approximated value, but admitted it’ll be hard to trade him before the league’s labor dispute is resolved. There is a chance the team will keep both Michael Vick and Kolb, who is still under contract for 2011 at an affordable $1.4 million–but the Eagles are apparently listening to offers for the 26-year-old signal caller.

Interested parties included the San Francisco 49ers, Arizona Cardinals, Minnesota Vikings, Tennessee Titans, and Carolina Panthers. The Cleveland Browns and the Miami Dolphins might also slip into the chase.

I hope San Fransisco trades for him and Arizona signs Marc Bulger. Then the Vikings, realizing Buffalo is going to take Cam Newton @ #3, sign Vince Young. Then we'll trade Henne to the Titans... leaving Blaine Gabbert all for us.

And while I'm dreaming, there are a few cars I've always wanted to own.

Reports have come out that the Viking have absolutely zero interest in Young, the same has been said about the Cardinals. The only team that has been linked to Young has been Miami and the one who has reported this has been the Miami Herald's Barry Jackson.

Zero chance I watch a game next year sober if that happens.

I remember it being that the Dolphins were "expected to consider" Young, which is a very different thing than being "linked" to him.
