    My guess is that one of the following will make the jump to Miami as OC: Clements, Bennett or McAdoo.

    In the end I see two assistants coming from the Packers staff.

    I don't see Bennett leaving the Packers been there since he was a player. What's it been now, 20 years in the Packers organization?

    It would be nice to get Kevin Greene and Moss to come over and join the fish. Its hard to tell what kind of a realationship Phiblin had with the other coaches

    not really a money thing. If he wants a chance to be a head coach someday he needs to advance his career.
