Maybe Moore can improve his accuracy, but I just don't see it. The differences in the top ten QB's seem to me to be ball placement, cool under fire, and leadership, not any of Moore's strongest quality's.
By my count, COLUMBO's crapola job of psass-protection cost us at least 6 stalled drives in EACH of those games. And, of course, against DALLAS, his farce-like attempt to even get a hold on a certain DALLAS pass-rushing star directly resulted in a MOORE fumble at our 8 Yard Line. You are one of the blind/deaf/dumb homey scapegoat seekers that I was talking about. Try thinking, and not just parroting the "conventional wisdom".

Who am I to believe you or the people who have actually worked with the guy? I pick the latter.....
I'm not saying that he'll be another MANNING (either one), or BRADY, or ROGERS, or BREES. But right now, I'd take him over FLACCO or RIVERS, both of whom are overrated, i/m/o. He's MORE than T DILFER ever hoped to be, and DILFER has something MARINO doesn't: a SB Ring. Distinguish between "elite" (best ever-types, like BRADY, P MANNING, MARINO, UNITAS, etc.) and "franchise", when you're talking about QBs.

You don't have to be the second Son of God to be a "franchise" QB. I've already mentioned FLACCO and RIVERS. I wouldn't call P SIMMS elite, but i/m/o he was a franchise QB.

And the cold, hard fact is that w/ANYONE other than COLUMBO at RT, MIAMI would have had 4 more "W"s under MOORE's QBing/leadership--and those teams were DALLAS (solid), DENVER (playoffs), N.E. (SB), and the GIANTS (SB Champs). So, shove your "stats". Look at what ACTUALLY happened, and place any "blame" where it belongs.
WTF are you talking about? Fumbles don't matter? His fumbles in the Denver, Dallas, and New England game are the main reason we lost. Position to score???, we scored 21 points a game and he barely averaged a TD pass a game. Averaging less than 200 yards a game doesn't matter?!?!!?....when the game is on the line and time and time again he couldn't make a pass to win the game? "Stats are worthless without context", that is the funniest $%#t I have heard in a while from a QB who the only thing he has to stand on is a stat (QBR) that doesn't even take into consideration a big reason why we lost games (Moore's fumble's and inability to move the ball at end of games). There is your "context".

11 win better? This isn't the NFC west we play in. Matt Moore lacks game changing talent. He is a game manager. Look around the league. Every team is doing everything possible to secure a game changing franchise qb. Every guy since Marino has been just... Another... Matt Moore.

Ffs Brandon Marshall isn't lobbying every possibility in the open for no reason. He is an elite WR he knows Matt Moore is not an elite QB. say it out loud and see if you can keep a straight face. "Matt Moore is elite"
