    I like the way Philbin talks. He talks with authority. You sense he knows what he's talking about, where he wants to go with the team and why he selected every coach in his staff. There's no doubt in what he explained. He's convinced in what he's saying.

    Sometimes a coach can get the team to have the personality he has. I hope this is the case, because it would mean the team really knows where they're going, or where they want to go and how they have to play, without second guessing themselves.
    The quarterbacks clap and Philbin rises. "I have to leave on a high note," he says, "like George Costanza."
