How does Pat Devlin fit into the offense?

Just wondering what everyone thought of Devlin fitting into Philbin's offense.

We will sign Peyton, draft someone 2nd or 3rd, cut Devlin. He has no business being in the NFL!!!

Devlin's a long term project. Could serve as third QB in Cincinnati or Tennessee with poor trade value. Best case for us, he could be used to ease some trade with them.

I don't get the infatuation with a bonafide clipboard holder. 2nd string clipboard holder at that.

Trade him to the Rams for their pick, with the potential of Devlin we probably don't even need to trade our 1st!
