We would have to give up the #8 pick and a **** load of $. Ya it's not gonna happen. Unrealistic.
Not for a first rounder......8th pick at that. He isnt worth that even knowing what he is capable of as an NFL player. He is fast, but not physical and not worthy of a 1st round pick. He's good because the Steelers have soo many other targets to open him up and Ben is throwing the ball to him. Pet him on another team and and I doubt he would have the same success.....
I may argue that he is better then what we probably would get at number 8, but the giant contract he will get makes it unrealistic. He is exactly what we would need at WR though to compliment Marshall.
It is odd that I got this name in 2004 and it is still relevant to this day. Prove me wrong TS!
Maybe if we picked in the 25 to 32 range, had two first round picks, and could trade Marshall for at least a second...
New England has 2 1sts...can you imagine the holes Wallace would open up with his deep threat abbility, for Hernandez, Gronk, and Welker?? Damn!!
can the pats pay both welker and wallace tho?
Wallace is better than anything we're going to get with the 8th pick. You do this, but it won't matter since the Steelers will match.
