    The wait-until-next-year-to-draft-a-1st-round-QB mock draft

I think Matt Moore is a solid QB. It'd be interesting to see how he grows with a year under him and drafting some offensive help. In no way am I trying to say that I'd get complacent with him running the show, but just don't see the value of a 1st round QB at # 8 this year. I wont be horribly upset if we take a flyer on Tannehill. You gotta bet and play the game to win. But Next year should be a deeper class. We gotta bite the freaking bullet one of these days and draft a first round QB, but believe next year, without fail, it should be done.

Anyway, here it is. Rip away...

Trade down to mid first (Philly, Cincy? and pick up another 2nd).
    1. C. Fleener TE (if DeCastro OG, go TE Webb in 4th)
    2 Iloka FS
2 Sanu or R. Randle WR
    3 J. Hosley CB
    3 B. Irvin OLB
    4. B.Washington OG (Webb TE if DeCastro in 1st).
    5 J.Adams, T.Hilton or J.Wright WR
    6 O. Vernon DE
    7 N. Potter OT

I think Matt Moore is a solid BACKUP QB. I believe he's 12-13 as a starter, 6-6 last year. That's basically Jon Kitna, Mr. .500.

Miami does not need to address TE in the 1st round there are bigger fish to fry.

QB, RT, OLB/DE, Safety are all ahead of TE.

So your option with DeCastro is much more appealing if you substitue a DE/OLB for the FS in the 2nd.

Fleener at 15 is a reach. Stay at 8 and go BPA. Chances are you will wind up with an elite player.

Would love to trade down and get DeCastro.

Would love to see Kuechly in turquoise and orange! But we'd have to take him at 8. He'd be my pick if we stand pat.
