I kind of have to agree with Nublar's assessment. I said it when Free Agency began too, the fact that Flynn only got a 3 year deal to me is also pretty telling.

Don't get me wrong, I wish him luck... and honestly if we had given up a huge contract over 5 years, I probably would have been less than please.

Yeah Seattle doesn't have Green Bay's offensive talent... but they got a good set of players out there.

I really don't trust the seahawks and their talent evalulations in any way shape or form. Thinking tavaris jackson could ever be an NFL starter is just stupid.

Don't forget that Carroll also traded a 3rd round pick for Charlie Whitehurst.

    Whatever happened to that guy?

It does sound like they are very high on Russell Wilson.

If Flynn does manage to start in game 1, it won't be for long. I get the same feeling about the Jaguars. It won't be long before Henne is starting over there. Their coach is an ex player. Henne has a cannon and is a much tougher player than Gabbert mentally & physically too it seems.

I was pretty high on getting Flynn but I thought the decision to go after him or not should rest entirely with Philbin for obvious reasons. When we didn't get him, I assumed it was because Philbin didn't think he had the goods and I was fine with it ...still didn't want to use the #8 on Tannehill, but that's another thread.

Flynn doesn't have all those weapons he had in Green Bay now, time to see what he's made of.

I think it's a joke that they have Russel Wilson competing for the starting job that just goes to show how bad there qb's are.

And to think this horrible fan base wanted to fire Ireland because we didn't sign Flynn. They stood on the streets with signs in protest. What fools.
Now those same fans have flip flopped and the organization has turned it around without playing a game.
Makes my head swim how Dolphin fans never stick to their guns.
