Wow. That was disappointing. The first few pages people were pissed...then the homers got in the thread. And my god, i thought ours were bad. I mean, ours would spin the story into a positive light by shifting the perspective. If Cameron Wake told Jeff Ireland to burn in a pit of dog**** while declaring he will never play another down for him, our homers would title the thread "Wake gives Ireland cost friendly advice on trash deposal while declining to play for the team about to achieve greatness."
But some of the Chiefs fans are salivating at keeping Albert and paying him top dollar. "YES! This means our next qb will be a minor god behind our line!". Ah, do i remember those days on this forum. You know, like last week. But even our sycophants would have been enraged at a right tackle being drafted first overall.
Anyways, heres a few good ones, the title of the thread was "Albert not going anywhere":
Thank God we draft an OT 1st overall then.We just drafted a right tackle first overall.
Yay! We drafted a RT #1 overall!Quote:

GOOD. That's what 1st round picks ****ing should be.
QB, WR, LT, front seven.
No more of this right tackle or safety ****.Quote:

OH **** YA!!!!
A 1 YEAR RENTAL #1 OVERALL PICK!!!No way in hell we just spent 1.1 on a RT. If this report is true Albert will be playing RT or G.Next up, one of those inflatable bubbles for Alex Smith.
Christ, every move they make screams "we know he's not good enough."This front office just gets more ridiculous by the day. Could it be possible that this group is even worse than ***** and Co?Quote:

If it's Fisher then Albert needs to just move to guard.
If it's Albert then Fisher needs to be our RT and Fisher has stated that is not a problem.
I want to say Fisher just so Alex's Chiefs career wont last as long as Reid and Dorsey are hoping. So Dorsey drafted a right tackle 1.1 and traded for a fullback.

You're right, I guess I should fall in line like the rest of you. Maybe we can draft a LG with our first rounder next year. You can never have enough first round picks spent on the Oline.I understand that keeping Albert is better for the team. What's ****ing mesmerizing me is that a 2-14 organization just spent 1.1 on a ****ing RT when they have other, more pressing needs.
Where is the ****ing logic in that?Quote:
