but when the trumpets blew again and the knights charged, the name they cried was "Stannis! Stannis! STANNIS!"

Not every human is a manipulative, opportunistic, letch... or at least that's what I'm told.
By the way, it also uses sources from the Watchtower so I think it's a Jehovah's Witness and not a Christian. And then there's this comment on the body building forum.

Actually, I have not been banned from any forums for refusing to debate. Go to any of the forums where I have debated and you will see that I actively engage people in discussion and that my responses are often detailed and include quotations from scientific sources. The only forums that have made a point of banning me are "Christian" forums--because they could not cope with me debunking Christendom's 3-prong god (trinity) and its version of Dante's fictional hell with the use of the very Bible they all hold dear.
At atheist-dominated forums, I am usually cursed out by regular members and harassed by atheist moderators who feel they have to come to the defense of regular atheist members, when it's clear that the atheists are on the losing end of the debate.

A rant on GoT/ASOIAF:
SpoilerI have previously stated that anything bad that happens in the story is usually somehow Catelyn's fault and I still hold to that. However, Cersei is the absolute worst. She thinks she's this master tactician and all, but every one of her plans, and I use that term loosely, backfires spectacularly because she lacks the ability to exercise five minutes of foresight. For example, there is this exchange between her and Tyrion.
Meanwhile, freaking Littlefinger stands close by showing the entire world how it's done. Yes, I am still pissed that Eddard Stark is dead due to her retardation.“His Grace has a unique way of winning the hearts of his subjects,” Tyrion said with a crooked smile. “Was it Joffrey’s wish to dismiss Ser Barristan Selmy from his Kingsguard too?”
Cersei sighed. “Joff wanted someone to blame for Robert’s death. Varys suggested Ser Barristan. Why not? It gave Jaime command of the Kingsguard and a seat on the small council, and allowed Joff to throw a bone to his dog. He is very fond of Sandor Clegane. We were prepared to offer Selmy some land and a towerhouse, more than the useless old fool deserved.”
“I hear that useless old fool slew two of Slynt’s gold cloaks when they tried to seize him at the Mud Gate.”
His sister looked very unhappy. “Janos should have sent more men. He is not as competent as might be wished.”
“Ser Barristan was the Lord Commander of Robert Baratheon’s Kingsguard,” Tyrion reminded her pointedly. “He and Jaime are the only survivors of Aerys Targaryen’s seven. The smal folk talk of him in the same way they talk of Serwyn of the Mirror Shield and Prince Aemon the Dragonknight. What do you imagine they’l think when they see Barristan the Bold riding beside Robb Stark or Stannis Baratheon?”
Cersei glanced away. “I had not considered that.”
SpoilerI dont disagree, although i do appreciate her character. I respect her viciousness, though i suppose that says more about me then her.
Shes not a bad manipulator. But, as you said, she cant see in front of her. In my opinion, the cause of it is Joffrey. As Tyrion once stated, her redeeming feature is she loves her children. If she were a good but not great sailor, the wind would be her ambition and the ship would be her intelligence. Her bias concerning Joffrey would be the anchor thats constantly slowing down the ship and occasionally whipping it around.
Agree on Littlefinger. And i think Varys has earned some recognition as well.
Would continue that thought but to drunk at the moment. As well, i stopped reading the books. I got halfway through A Storm of Swords before skipping ahead to the Jaime and Tyrion chapters. The stretch marks became to visible. The author originally intended it to be a trilogy and its clear he had to do some audibles in order to keep the story going. I think he should have kept it a trilogy. Quality>quantity.
Anyways, reupped my Netflix account in preparation for Arrested Development. Wanted to get some movies in and perhaps try out some different shows. Yet, i cant stop rewatching Parks and Recreation. The second season had some funny ****ing episodes in it. Even though ive seen them i was gasping for breath at parts of them. Tried to have an episode going while i worked out and had to turn it off because i was laughing to hard. Currently watching Citizen Knope (season 4) and had to pause it(and type this rambling mess) after noticing for the first time her Citizens Action Commitee slogan was "PCP Makes it fun".
