I think ive mentioned a few times how i watched a friend partially tear his ACL running down the street. Well, this happened:

26 if you were like me and couldnt figure out who got injured. Gone for the year. Insane.

Yeah, I'm lucky I've never had a serious injury, and I played football, soccer, baseball, tennis, rode my bike everywhere, played street hockey. Everything besides surfing and skateboards pretty much. I play tennis two or three times a week now. Yet I'd never even sprained my ankle before last year, and even then I didn't sprain it all that bad. My back issues are more of a chronic thing. People who get injured all the time, I don't know how they do it, how they come back. I've seen guys break their wrist, dislocate their shoulders, break their collarbones tear ACLs, sprain ankles really bad, the works. In front of me. It's pretty horrific to watch.

The wrist injury was the most grotesque one I've seen in person. It was sixth grade soccer practice and the guy was running right next to me, like four feet away. Accidentally stepped on the ball, stuck his arm out to brace himself and SNAP. The thing swelled right there on the practice field like it was connected to a garden hose. The broken collarbone thing was bad, too. I was playing one on one basketball with a friend of mine and fouled him hard on a layup. He went right into the pole and wrecked his collarbone. Felt bad about that one. The dislocated shoulder I saw was my fault, too. That was a football game on a field near my house. This guy pissed me off so the next time he got the ball I suplexed him like a Street Fighter move and knocked him unconscious and dislocated his shoulder. No ****s were given.

He gave me a switchblade and he gave me a muse
Then he vomited acid all over my shoes

I would love to see Wawrinka get through and face Djokovic again if that means a replay of what happened at the AO. That was the match of the year in my opinion.

Dear god, shula_guy is back. You guys are in for a treat if he starts posting on the regular. If so, you guys should ask him about why he thinks poor people are poor...

If I could take your pain and frame it, and hang it on my wall,
maybe you would never have to hurt again...

That dcnr226 guy is the reason we have the government we deserve. Whatever the government tells us must be true. I mean, when has a politician ever lied in order to get something he wants? It's science.

See the same mentality every day on the main. What ever the FO does must be the right choice. Lemmings, hero worship and the inability to create an independent thought (right or wrong) are too prevalent.

For ****s sake man. Just unbelievable.

First off: **** Syria. I get that we are eventually going to get involved. Im vehemently against dropping troops in there, but if we have to throw some missiles at the government then fine. Whatever. I can deal with that. I get we have to slap him down when he crosses the line. While id prefer it differently, i understand the reality of the situation.

But these ****ing ******s who want to go to war just to go to war are the worst Americans in history of our nation. I exaggerate, but only ****ing slightly. And lets not make any goddamned mistake, thats exactly what his deal is: go to war just to go to war. "Its about Morality, no wait its about Iran, no now its about WMD's and Russia, but wait dont forget Hitler!!!!". Im surprised he didnt manage to sneak in ****ing "socialism" or any of the other ****ing buzzwords weve seen spewed for the last few years. I suppose he would have sobbed about Al-Qaeda but that would have undermined his entire argument.

That these idiots wrap themselves in a cloak of patriotism while demanding our troops go eat bullets while they eat big-macs is utterly ****ing criminal. Im not going to suggest that attitude is some horrific recent chapter in our history, because we've certain exploited it in the past, but i find the recent incarnation of it utterly vile. Which is not to say im advocating a return of the attitude this country expressed after Vietnam. **** that noise, a complete tragedy.
But this mantra that "i just love our troops so much....now go out there and get involved in every conflict that arises ever" is total bull****. Complete and total bull****. How much you all want to bet dcnr226 didnt contribute a ****ing dime to the kids who had to go into the ****ing wars without body armor because their parents couldnt afford it? No one need to respond to that, no one would take a bet that one sided.

Gonzo, Bill, others, you guys have served: what the **** would happen if you had a commanding officers who needlessly and repeatedly threw you in harms way for vague or nonexistent reasons? He be stripped of his rank, correct? Possible court martial, right?
But hey, if your a citizen or politician who demands we keep throwing our soldiers to the wolves, your patriotic. You know, unless your taxes get raised to try and pay for the war. Then **** that ****.

    ****ing malignant ******s.
