I refuse to have an opinion on this until I get an accurate summary of this bill. It's easy to take a single part of a bill, shine a giant spotlight on it, and then make it come off as the most ridiculous thing in the world. I bet if someone posted the bill in it's entirety, we'd find stuff we agree with, disagree with, and are impartial to. You can't just put a single part of it in the title, then 2 opinion paragraphs below it, and expect to be taken seriously. That's not aimed at you Perfect, just my thoughts on that "article"...

If I could take your pain and frame it, and hang it on my wall,
maybe you would never have to hurt again...

After the Shirley Sherrod thing, anything Breitbart posts is assumed false until proven otherwise.

I still think Breitbart got whacked by someone. It's obvious he knew too much.

The ACORN thing is another example. Completely unreliable.

You're right about that but theres another side to it me personally I didn't think it was a big deal as much as people on the right did I thought it was complety a joke to attack it and try to make it a campaign issue much like the left using Mitt Romney putting Seamus on the roof of there car for a vacation complety stupid.

    Here's the original source.....

    http://www.bostonherald.com/news/pol...ome&position=0

While signing the state’s $32.5 billion budget yesterday, Patrick rejected an outside section containing the welfare benefits card reforms that had been hammered out with bi-partisan support in the House and Senate — an effort spearheaded by House Speaker Robert DeLeo (D-Winthrop).

DeLeo yesterday declined to comment. But one suspicious GOP leader accused Patrick of dragging out the process in hopes of killing their reforms.

State Rep. Russell Holmes (D-Roxbury), another EBT card-reform supporter, said he’s still optimistic growing momentum will push meaningful fixes into law despite the veto. “It is still something that’s very much a priority for the Legislature. Clearly we’ve gotten this far,” Russell said.

It's needs to be reformed like yesterday.

I'm not in favor of making people get drug tested for government assistance but I am for not letting them buy vices with it.

I feel the same way. And it turned out to cost more than the savings I think. It really is an easy thing to reform. But unfortunately corporatism has got it's hold on the program. Too many people will lose money if we reformed it.
