A nice rise in his YPA. He needs to get it up to/over 7.5 I was relegated to listening on Sirius but it sounded as if he was making good decisions and throws when the OL gave him time or he rolled from the pocket.

He stood tall and looked very poised when he was given time.

He looked great out there, and you could tell that he was more aware of getting the ball batted down. They put him in rollouts more often as well, and we even saw him change the play at the line.

The YPA is tough when you don't have a great downfield threat. But we really made due with timing routes today.

What I loved was no INT, not even close really. He made good decisions. That is what drove me crazy about Henne.

He played very good. Stayed calm. Made good throws. Was productive. That helps win games.

I agree that the YPA needs to go up, but if we're winning games with a 6.7 YPA; I'm in the camp that you don't fix what isn't broken.
