Marijuana has been legalized in Colorado and Washington!

    About damn time.

Amendment 64 Passes: Colorado Legalizes Marijuana For Recreational Use

The Rocky Mountain High just got a whole lot higher. On Tuesday night, Amendment 64 -- the measure which sought the legalization of marijuana for recreational use by adults -- was passed by Colorado voters, making Colorado the first state to end marijuana prohibition in the United States.
With about 36 percent of precincts reporting at the time of publishing, 9News and Fox31 report that Amendment 64 has passed.

SEATTLE (AP) Washington voters legalized recreational pot use on Tuesday, setting up a showdown with a federal government that backs the drug's prohibition.
Initiative 502 would create a system of state-licensed marijuana growers, processors and retail stores, where adults over 21 can buy up to an ounce. It also establishes a standard blood test limit for driving under the influence.
"Today the state of Washington looked at 70 years of marijuana prohibition and said it's time for a new approach," said Alison Holcomb, campaign manager for the initiative.

Of course the Feds will be the last loophole to get around. Still, it's a huge step for America. History will look back at this era of prohibition just like how we look at prohibition of alcohol in the 20's. Just a foolish waste of time and resources.

They can legalize it all day long! Employers will still test for it and fire for it! No one wants a pothead working for them!

Evidenced by the voters, that stigma is slowly changing. Unfortunately, there are still others out there like you who still choose to use inaccurate labels, as if every person who drinks alcohol is an alcoholic.

2 wins for rationality! Unfortunately the feds will crush these operations just like they do in San Diego. Washington and Colorado just earned themselves the right to print money with tax revenue from Marijuana sales. Hopefully this goes a ways towards ending the failed drug war as it relates to Marijuana.

This is the only good thing that came out of the election. Unfortunately Obama and company will crush this.

I just hope I don't know politics like football cause i've been ridiculed for backing Ireland and Ross and I think most people would agree now how much my case has held water.
