So you agree with one of my points. Lets hope Tannehill tears it up on Thursday.
The way Jeff Ireland took a GM's dream worth of cap space and draft picks and made the team worse in borderline miraculous.

Henne and tannehill are nothing alike and I mean nothing. Tannehill doesnt stare down receivers, can throw accurately down field, and definirely doesnt have as good of receiving options as henbe did. Ted ginn was a threat like it or not. He ran good routes and had speed mike wallace couldnt hang with. Ted ginn led team in receptions ttht year. I hate henne comparisons so much. Tanbehill wins one on matches all day. His comeback throws are on the money. He throws with touch. He is young at the position and doesnt know when to run yet. Hes a smart qb but hes not playing loose yet. And please stop with teams have figured him out. The titans were winning by 3 tds and tannehill drove ball with no help from receivers. I counted 5 dropped passes and both his first two picks werent his fault. Fasano was interfered with and batted pass was just bad luck. Tannehill needs a deep threat, something henne had.

I honestly can't believe how many people are jumping off the Ryan Tannehill bandwagon.

Not sure if it will be after the Bills game, or this season, but you are going to have so much crow you'll have feathers coming out of your butt.

Horrible comparison with the huge difference in their upbringing.

Exactly what has Sherman done to set him apart form Henning? I thought has game plan against the Titans was awful! In fact, he's gone into vanilla mode quite a bit this year. That may be the only valid apples to apples comparison in this whole thread.

Ted Ginn, Greg Camarillo, Brian Hartline, and Davone Bess vs Brian Hartline, Anthony Amstrong (6 games), Legedu Naanee (4 games), Davone Bess, and Jabar Gaffney (3 games)- ADVANTAGE 09'

Anthony Fasano and Joey Haynos vs Anthony Fasano and Charles Clay- ADVANTAGE 12'

Ricky Williams, Ronnie Brown, and Lousaka Polite vs Reggie Bush, Donald Thomas, Lamar Miller, and Jorvorskie Lane- ADVANTAGE 09'

Now lets look at first 9 games of Henne vs Tannehill:

Henne- 163/282, 57.8 completion percentage, 6.2 ypa, 10.8 yp completion, 1755 yards, 9/7 Td to Int Ratio, 2 games over 60 percent completion percentage
Tannehill- 165/280, 58.9 completion percentage, 7.1 ypa, 12 yp completion, 1979 yards, 5/9 Td to Int Ratio, 4 games over 60 percent completion percentage

Now, Other than td to int ratio where does Henne and Tannehill compare? Henne had time to throw, GREAT run game, and Had 3 receivers that had sure hands and one receiver who was a matchup problem. Like it or not, Ted Ginn is definitely a match-up problem. Long speed, NO CORNER can keep up with him so you have to cover him over top. That took a safety out of the box, which opened up underneath passes and run game. Proof of this is in our run game production and DAVONE BESS having a career year out of slot with 750 plus yards receiving.

Now, Please compare the two quarterbacks! For the rest of their career, I hope Tannehill is compared to "CHAD- The Robot- HENNE".

And for gods sake don't give me the 6-3 record. Henne was not the reason for the 6-3 record. Our run game and defense were results of that record.

Kendall Langford, Joey Porter, Jason Taylor, Cameron Wake, Randy Starks, Jason Ferguson, Paul Soliai, Karlos Dansby, Channing Crowder, Yeremiah Bell, Gibril Wilson, Will Allen, Vontae Davis, Sean Smith, Jason Allen, and Akin Ayodele vs our entire unit now?

    NOW THAT'S A COOL STORY!

I think you missed my point. The point is that we all want RT to be successful but just looking at their stats the first nine games, his numbers are similar to Henne. There are many reasons why their numbers are similar, but they are similar nonetheless. It really doesn't mean anything because the sample size is too small to be conclusive.
