I've got a freind in the pacific northwest who was able to get me a seahawk and express ship it to my home. My maid just texted me and said that she just signed for it. This Sunday I'm going to kill it and cook it at the stadium tailgate before kickoff. Does anyone have any experience with cooking up a rare bird? Should I grill this guy or fry him up? I figure this will be great for a post thanksgiving celebration and we can even raz some of the Seattle fans who are passing by.
