This article could have been written at the end of last season. We have the same issues.

When Marshal was here we were still looking for a reciever.
We are still looking at replacing or keeping Smith.
We are looking for a TE.
We are lookiing for Oline help
Are we going to keep Bush considering he only had a two year deal?

All these questions just spilled over from last year.

The secondary will improve significantly with who we currently have (with Richard Marshall off IR) if we can improve our pass rush. We can bump Odrick inside to DT (where he belongs) and draft a pass-rush DE (Werner/Carradine...etc) then focus on the offense. WR, OT, seam-threat TE, OG. Keenan Allen has announced he is foregoing his Senior season at Cal which should get everyone's collective juices flowing. He'd be a great fit in the WCO.

Besides focusing on our own Free Agents, the offseason will be spent getting depth on the O-line, LB and a back-up QB. All low priced stuff (IMO).

    And the year before that...

it all starts from the owner and trickles down...our front office from ross to Dee to Ireland does not know how to make this team into a a winner...if ross wants to win then he needs to go to Green bay and steal their scouts and front office personell...he can actually use his money to help us there

the fact that we still have the same problems year in and year out and we expect something different to happen is sad...
