Hey SB, I think most of us Phin's fans are disappointed with another year where we don't make the playoffs, but I don't think most of expected to make the playoffs this year. I thought we would win between 7 and 9 games. Luck has been very "lucky" and the Colts have won a lot of close games, including the one against us. We lost a bunch of close ones, including the two in back-to-back weeks where Carpenter shanked what could have been game winners. We don't have any receivers as good as Reggie Wayne in Indy...our receivers are more like TY Hilton. We have to add talent on both sides of the ball.

Wisen*unt should apologize for his own existence. (and kiss Larry Fitz's feet, cause if this shizzle happened to Brandon Marshall he'd be stabbing any female in sight in frustration). Refusing to lift LIndley for Skinner in the jest game was either pure incompetence or intentionally conceding an easy win for draft position because the Bidwells ordered him too. . Sorry but either way, it just ain't apples to apples.

If your barber makes a mess and hacks up your hair you ask him what the heck is up and forget the tip...If the AC repair guy switches wires and completely burns up your unit beyond repair when it should have been a $70 fix you would call him stupid and laugh when he slides you the bill. Now...Your "Professional" football team with **cough** **Cough** compentent management produces a product that is a decades old FAILURE and is hard to watch but you are all about making excuses for them.

    Apples - Apples

Stop using the comparison of the colts being the worst team in the league last year. The Colts have been a playoff team for many years with the same roster they had last year. They had a terrible QB situation and tanked the season to get another franchise QB. Now that they have them it is like they never skipped a beat in Indy.

Miami on the other hand has not had a QB who can get them to win consistently or even to the playoffs so the comparison to the colts last year is lame.
    LETS GO FINS!!!

Surprised he lasted as long as he did...
Miami was down a score with the ball at the San Fran 35, first and 10 with 4 minutes left in the game - against one the league's best teams in their barn. Zona lost 58-0 in Seattle - a team Miami beat - and could have lost by worse if Seattle doesn't let up. The two situations are not even remotely comparable.

And that my friends, is how you kill a fly with a shotgun...

Chill out bud. We have been in nearly every game this season. Are we a playoff team? No. But we sure as hell aren't getting beat 58-0. That's just embarrassing.

It's this kind of thinking that's led our fan base to become the laughing stock of the league.

They played their ass off yesterday, and came up short against a better team.

Dolphins played tough and were in the game late in the 4th on a long road trip against what I think might be the best team in the NFL.

I don't want an apology from the coaches or players. I want an apology from Steve Ross in the form of a new General Manager.
"Society became divided into camps in which no man trusted his fellow. To put an end to this, there was neither promise to be depended upon, nor oath that could command respect; but all parties dwelling rather in their calculation upon the hopelessness of a permanent state of things, were more intent upon self-defence than capable of confidence." - Thucydides, probably predicting the rise of internet message boards

If only they allowed a playoff spot for effort.
