If wide receiver slips was a stat I bet we would lead the league for the last 10 years.

What you should be asking is why did marlon Moore feel the need to leave his feet instead of catching a touchdown pass in stride...

Remember John Avery? That guy looked like he was running on ice (without skates) while everyone else was running on grass. He'd run really fast and go to make one small cut and fall down, like every damn time!

I agree with the Marlon Moore thing. He really proved that he is not an NFL WR, just a special teams guy. At least he got separation, which Matthews didn't do on his ONE opportunity of the game (pathetic fact in itself).

Does any other NFL team get less from their WR3?

They have been slipping for years. It is really annoying. Not sure what it is but it looks like they are running around on ice half the second they catch a pass.

Yes, John Avery, just another wasted 1st round pick.

Actually, I'm pretty sure Avery was a 3rd, but still, another 'athlete' that couldn't play football.

I think our receivers just get so excited that they make a play they fall over from shock.

I thought the same thing and think the same every game...wtf. No YAC ever. It's a catch and tackle even if it's a finger pull the guy goes down, all of them.
