These 2 sites are the same thing and the customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered a Tannehill jersey for Christmas for my nephew, received the email that it was in stock and able to ship (paid extra for 2nd day air to receive before Xmas) yet i never received it. I contacted them to inquire about my order and it took them 7 days from my order date to get back to me! 7 days! And all they said was i'm sorry, it's not in stock so we can offer you a refund. Really? That's it? First off, it still shows as in stock on the website as of today. And second, you send email confirmation something is able to ship for Christmas and when it doesn't, the best you can say is i'm sorry? No discount on the item for when it's back in stock? No credit towards something else? No....all they offered was part of my shipping cost back. Well to that i said no thanks.....i got a full refund and said i would let others know the type of customer service that site had. So i just wanted to make everyone aware.
