Eh... I'd rather get a bigger faster better playmaker in Patterson.
    2014 Mock Draft

    1. Zack Martin - OT/OG - Notre Dame
    2. Chris Borland - ILB - Wisconsin
    3. C.J. Fiedeorowicz - TE - Iowa
    4. Trai Turner - OG - LSU
    5. Brandon Thomas - OT/OG - Clemson
    6. Storm Johnson - RB - South Florida
    7. Calvin Barnett - DT - Oklahoma State

Mostly because he's a JUCO guy and has only had 1 season against top talent, but he chewed up the SEC talent and looked better than Justin Hunter (another 1st rounder). It's the reason he hasn't been the best route runner and that's a knock of his as well. So, all in all he's rated lower than some other receivers because there is a lot of work to do with him and getting him in tuned as a receiver. A small project player if you will.
Personally, I think it's a great thing. A good coach can get him and mold him into what they want him to be. With that frame he can add some more bulk. That size and speed is rare and he can do BIG things in the NFL.
