Dansby has found himself in great position about 5-6 times this year where he could have made a play, a game changing play, and did not. The amount of times he has failed to corral "that" INT has been alarming but also ridiculous. He is way overdue and I expect him to make a couple of those plays next season. The timeliness of these plays would have been perfect to win a couple more games, just didnt happen.

Let him walk, I can make tackles, he is not an impact player he's channing crowder with a different number
Ok that's fair but it means he's tough, he need to make game changing plays, they could've trusnik in there and gotten the same results.
Our endzone defense has been ELITE. Unquestionably ELITE. Dansby has been a big part of that, imo.

I've been hard on Dansby as a leader but he seemed to play and act much more the part of a defensive leader and that is what he needed to do.

Dansby needs to make more plays period, but scheme could have a lot to do with his lack of impact plays. People should also remember that Dansby was playing hurt the last quarter of the year. The injury definitely affected his ability to get off blocks and make tackles.
MLB's rack up tackles in this league. Everything is funneled right to them..It makes me laugh when ppl point to Safties and MLB racking up tackles...tackling is important but turnovers are better..
More Sacks would be great as well but I am not sure how often Dansby is being sent to the QB.
