Twelve years ago, I was in shape. Lean, flexible, strong, 6'2" - 185 pounds of goofy-looking Irishman. Biked regularly. Lifted four times a week.

Then I tore something in my shoulder benching improperly. Then I got married. Then I fathered two children. Then I got slow...and out of shape...and drank more...and didn't sleep well.

I realized at the end of last month that I'm decidedly out of shape, and dangerously close to being fat.

Hold on...I'm gonna go weigh myself...

...actually better than I thought...just under 220 pounds, with about 30% bf.

So, I'm changing in 2013. More to come.
