No way he gets to 12. Problem will be there will be a number of teams looking to trade up to get him IMO...like Dallas did last year when they moved up to #6 for Claiborne. Detroit is pretty desperate for a CB and they're sitting there at #5...gonna have to trade up to #4 if you really want to secure this kid in the draft I would say.

Claiborne was MUCH better coming out of college than Milliner. I think he makes it to 12.

I'd bet money that he doesn't. If he gets past Detroit, which is possible, there's very very little chance he makes it past Tennessee at #10. Last year's draft means nothing. There are still teams in the top 10 who badly need a CB and Milliner is clearly the best one.

Draft isn't always based on who went where from what position the year prior. It's based on best player at position of need for many of the top 10 teams. Milliner is the best CB in this draft, several teams in the top 10 have a dire need for a CB so logically he goes top 10...Jacksonville, Detroit, Philadelphia (they need to cut Asomugha and get a replacement) and Tennessee could all use a CB.

i'd have claiborne higher also i see it as a different level personally but i don't see it as a stretch the corner who put out the best seasons tape with that length and pretty high end tools given the need at the position will not go top 10...milliner imo doesn't even possess the most upside in the class but he did have the most consistent play an in the top conference in college football...
