Took the words out of my fingers. Jennings, Patterson and Bess. With Cook at TE.

Jennings is old, Wallace is a one trick pony. I'd be ecstatic with Bowe and a 2nd round WR.

Man, wouldn't it be nice to have a WR that actually had a trick?

I am concerned about Bowe just going through the motions and taking plays off.

Thanks to Like2God for the great Avatar/Sig!

It gets so annoying to hear people say Wallace is a one trick pony because they watch sportscenter and watch him catch a bomb for a TD and dont watch anything else he does. The fact is he catches just as many balls short and over the "middle" as jennings does. Look at the catches from 2011 ( did that year cuz jennings was hurt this year alot) and llok at the short and middle catches for both players.

    Greg Jennings 2011 stats

BY PLAY DIRECTION REC YDS AVG LNG TD ATT YDS AVG LNG TD FUM LST

    Mike Wallace 2011

BY PLAY DIRECTION REC YDS AVG LNG TD ATT YDS AVG LNG TD FUM LST
    RIGHT SIDE 12 217 18.1 81 1 0.0 1 1
    LEFT SIDE 8 127 15.9 28 1 0.0
    MIDDLE 3 35 11.7 22 0.0
    LEFT SIDELINE 18 281 15.6 53 1 5 57 11.4 21
    RIGHT SIDELINE 31 533 17.2 95 5 0.0
BY PASS PLAY REC YDS AVG LNG TD ATT YDS AVG LNG TD FUM LST
    Pass Thrown Behind Line of Scrimmage 15 159 10.6 26 1 0.0
    Pass Thrown 1-10 yds 33 355 10.8 36 1 0.0
    Pass Thrown 11-20 yds 15 223 14.9 22 1 0.0 1 1
    Pass Thrown 21-30 yds 1 25 25.0 25 1 0.0
    Pass Thrown 31-40 yds 3 163 54.3 95 2 0.0
    Pass Thrown 41+ yds 5 268 53.6 81 2 0.0

Both players didnt really work the "middle" and did most of their damage on the sidelines. Both players also caught most of their passes inside of 20yards... Wallace actually caught more then jennings. The big difference is the 40+ yard catches. Point is mike Wallace goes deep alot but also catches stuff underneath and can work the middle just as little or much as jennings. He is more then a one trick pony.

I prefer Mike Wallace myself, but would be happy with either Jennings or Bowe.
