Can we stop with this foolishness. The disrespect that Hartline receives from some of you is ridiculous. You would think the guy was Patrick Turner.
If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.

I heard Donald is leaning towards retirement.

    http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/nf...rds-retirement

Green Bay Packers receiver Donald Driver is leaning toward retiring and a decision could come as early as next week, USA Today reported.

Driver, who will turn 38 next month, hinted that he would be interested in retirement following the team's loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the playoffs.
I just try to be myself, whatever that is. I don't think about how I'll be remembered. I just want to be consistent over a long period of time. That's what the great players do.

I would say no to Driver. Although, it is hilarious he had only 8 catches, 64 less than Hartline and still had one more TD.

    Oh that Miami offense.

Nah, in his prime Driver was great but now he is one of those receivers you sign if you are looking for a good depth option on a Super Bowl ready team. Driver would be a good singing for a team like Baltimore, Atlanta, Houston etc...but I guess if he went to a team like that why not just stay where he is and try and re-sign with Green Bay or retire?

With 8 receptions he may not have a choice on (forced) retirement

To be fair Driver has a future HOFer in his prime playing at his peak while Hartline had a rookie, Driver also had 3-4 other weapons around him taking attention away from him while Hartline was Miami's #1 option in the pass game. I think if you guys get a Jennings, Wallace or Bowe and have Hartline and Bess back you'll have a good group of WRs- maybe the best in the division.

As a player-coach I'd sign him immediately, if he willing to embrace the opportunity to be mentor and coach the kiddies on how to be pro WR. I'm all in for Driver.
