    Has anybody re-signed anyone?

"Smith is as good as gone" "Reggie wont be back" "They don't want to pay Hartline" "Why is Ireland leaving deals late?"

Sound familiar? I hear this kind of thing a lot around here. So here is my question, has any team re-signed anyone? (im talking about starters)

I don't think we should assume a deal wont be done for Smith, Reggie etc yet, I genuinely cant think of any starters who have got a deal yet, this isnt a Miami thing. I think we can expect 2/3 deals over the next week or two.

I still think Smith, Bush and Hartline and Fasano will be back.

For the most part the answer is no, because it is not in most teams best interest to rush in early and re-sign (overpay) their Free Agents.

The fact that we have not really re-signed anyone yet is non story in my opinion. When it is a few days before Free agency starts, And we have still not Signed any of the guys then it is a real story.

I hope your wrong about Smith. Around the league and on this board give him way too much praise. I am not saying that he is a bum, but he is certainly not want some make him out to be.

Sorry to hijack a thread but this site won't let me create a new one.

Anyone here find Rich Eisen's 40 yard run every year at the combine entertaining?
The Dolphins entered the Run Rich Run contest. They created a pretty good video...
