Dolphins expected to re-sign TE Anthony Fasano

The Dolphins are expected to try to re-sign Anthony Fasano for modest money while also seeking a skilled playmaker to complement him with a different skill set.

Zach Thomas: I played against New England twice a year every year my whole career. I learned to not like that team. I wasn't going to join them.

Modest money...I'm fine with it as long as a playmaking TE such as Keller is brought in.

Good move. He's a solid blocker and smart player. Very reliable, always where he is supposed to be.

That said, he is a #2 TE and we need a true seam threat in the form of Cook, Finley, Keller, or TE in draft.

Great to hear. Gotta love Fasano, he gets the dirty work done. He definitely helped keep Tannehill upright quite a few times

Jared Cook + Fasano + Clay = Solid

I also wouldn't mind seeing us carry two more TE's.
