    LOL Damontre Moore....

12 reps of 225!!!!! Tavon Austin did 13!!!!!!!! also ran a very underwhelming 40 of 4.87.... would consider him at #54 but not in the top 50

If you watched a lot of film on Damontre Moore, this was not surprising. He's physically weak. You always knew this would be an issue. You never would've been onto him as a player specifically because you viewed him to be strong in his physical matchups with tackles. That just wasn't the case. If you want that, grab Sam Montgomery (character problems included).

The bigger red flag is that the 12 bench reps points to a lack of WORK ETHIC.

This is something I just don't get. Most of these prospects have been playing FB since they were small and usually begin lifting weights in H.S(some sooner than that). How is it possible if your consistent and take the craft seriously? You get to the combine and can barely do 10,11,12 reps especially if your a freaking Line-Man?

    HOW?

I am under the impression that Moore never took preparation for the combine seriously

I guess some guys just arent good at lifting weights (maybe a poor excuse) whenever I played rugby somewhat seriously before I got injured I could never left weights like someone my strength was "supposed" to. Just never felt comfortable with the technique\ excercise. So I never put much thought into the results of these tests... maybe by this level I am letting them off too easily.

Hard to defend someone who does less than Austin though, maybe he ie just plain lazy.

this was most evident by the apparent hamstring injury he suffered in his 2nd run. For what it's worth Jared Allen did only 13 reps also...

The guy doesn't just look unprepared, he looks out of condition. Very stupid.

Jared Allen also came from a very tiny school and is one of the hardest working players in the league. Moore did not have a single positive thing from the combine, bench, 40, 10 yard split
