Earlier you indicated there was some issues that those close to the Cal program were aware of with Keenan Allen. Anything you can elaborate on?

It was a situation where I was able to talk to the parents of a Cal kid when Keenan Allen was milking his injury just prior to Tedford being fired. They had a lot of interesting things to say.

I was forced to watch him try to compete in some by the wayside all-star game... they felt he wasn't worth a Senior Bowl or Combine invite. I feel like I'm throwing him a bone by listing him here.

Warford is only a scheme fit for a straight up man blocking scheme that likes to run 'power' (pulling a guard into the hole). He's slow footed and has a load of issues in pass protection. As an athlete, he's borderline D-1 material, his combine performance was among the worst for offensive lineman. I watched him get blown up by a safety (Nickoe Whitley) and crumple to the ground like sack of potatos. He's a good kid though, I got a chance to stop by and listen to him interview at SEC media days about a year ago. Intelligent kid.
Yeah Mario is definitely a good kid, but after the way he got destroyed (along with the rest of our line) versus UConn it threw up some red flags about him in my eyes. Bushell I think could be a solid player in a team's secondary. He's a bit on the short side but he's not afraid to tackle and is a good blitzer. I think he'll make a good nickel on Sundays with just enough ability to cover on the outside in a pinch if you need him too. He's good on special teams as well.
    Insert pithy saying here.

Corey Lemonier fits with the Dolphins but at a certain price tag. I don't know that you can afford to make Corey Lemonier a three-down defensive end opposite Cam Wake. I just don't know if that can happen. On the other hand Lemonier could absolutely be a significant role player with Miami.

I'm not a big fan of Robert Woods really. Not much explosion there, hands aren't special...kind of a straight line-ish guy as far as quickness goes.

So this means that 7 teams in the first round will be reaching for players. I hope that we are not one of them.
I got $500 on the Dolphins to win the Superbowl.

Absolutely, it means at minimum 7 teams will reach in the 1st round, at least in my estimation....probably more than that as there's always a few curve balls thrown. Although it doesn't necessarily mean that it's automatically going to be the teams picking 26-32.

For example, if the team picking 26th selects Stedman Bailey, they come out a lot better than the team picking 15th that drafted Margus Hunt. At minimum, 7 teams will draft players in the 1st round that I don't have a 1st round grade on. Where those teams are picking has yet to be determined...

I take it I'm not doing bad in #MockTwo then. So far I have two of your top 15 players and four of your top 50 players.

Slimm, of all the rankings by far my favorite is Lane Johnson.. been saying it for a while on here now that I prefer him to Joeckel, Fisher and he may end up being one of the top 5 or even 3 players in the whole draft

With any luck my next pick will be much lower on your board. I think you have a 6th round grade on him. And coincidentally I'll be taking him in the 6th round, if the fates conspire.

But I happen to think he's one of the very best at his position in the entire Draft. You might even agree with that. But I think we both recognize there are circumstances.
