In Your Opinion A WR core of

Mike Wallace, Brian Hartline, Ryan Swope, and Davone Bess? And Jared Cook at TE playing a lot of WR. Is this too good to be true?

IMO its still a good WR short, Swope and Bess are slot guys, Cook is a TE who can play slot and Matthews is raw.

Sign Wallace for his big play abilities sure but you need red zone threats/move the chains guys as well.

Cook is a great redzone threat, and Hartline is a good possesion, move the chains guy IMO

And who is playing opposite Hartline? We cant "make do" with one of the slot guys or a TE on the other sideline, we need another regular outside guy to pair with Hartline.

Wallace ,Hartline and slot guy isnt enough. You need another option as well - Hartline is a move the chains guys but you need another yards after catch/physical guy as well on the other side. Use these weapons plus the TE/slot players to take advantage of the attention they need to put on Wallace, you cant always throw deep to Wallace.

Lol are you saying Wallace and Cook are not red zone threats? Blasphemous! Maybe we should resurrect Andre the Giant?
