We aren't the Green Bay Packers. If we were to sign Wallace and Cook, and draft Swope (who IMO is much more than a "slot guy" can line up on the outside with his 4.33 speed) or Justin Hunter from Tennesse would be my 2nd choice if we can't get Swope. Wallace, Hartline, Swope/ Hunter, Cook, and Bess is 5 viable receivers. you can only have up to 5 receivers on one given play. That last line was probably pointless obviously you know that, I just think that is plenty of weapons for Tannehill, but respect your disagreement

yes they are 5 options but Swope and Bess are both slot guys and Cook is a tight end. You don't play Swope and Bess you pick one or the other and if you play one of those you don't play Cook in the slot.

We arent the packers .. yet.

YES...please make this happen....Wallace/Hartline/Bess is not enough...that is still a mediocre WR corps.

in 100% agreement with you. I'm not sure that we would go as far to sign wallace, hartline, and cook AND draft a receiver at #12. But I think Keenan Allen is the most under rated player in this draft. If I was Ireland I would do it. We were #7 defensively in points allowed, and sacks. IMO a CB or DE could wait. I would be ecstatic and immediately take out a loan to get season tickets if we had Mike Wallace, Keenan Allen, Brian Hartline, Davone Bess, and Rishard Matthews at WR add in Jared Cook and Charles Clay at TE and that is DOWN RIGHT SCARY!!

Anything happens to Wallace, we would be back where we were last year...we have a 1, 2 2s, 2 3s, and possibly 2 4s...(comp pick) We HAVE to draft a WR as well, to much quality to pass up, and our depth sucks!!

For what it's worth I would take Keenan Allen at #12 no matter what. like Squinn17 said, Wallace Allen Hartline Bess with Cook at TE would be GREAT, just not sure if Ireland is willing to invest that much in WR's. Maybe he is starting to come around

Sign Wallace for his big play abilities sure but you need red zone threats/move the chains guys as well.
Lol are you saying Wallace and Cook are not red zone threats? Blasphemous! Maybe we should resurrect Andre the Giant?

I originally planned to make the post of Wallace Allen, Hartline, Bess and Cook at TE, but I thought Wallace, Hartline, Swope, Bess, and Cook at TE was almost too good to be true. But maybe Ireland shocks the hell out of everyone and adds Wallace, Keenan Allen, and Jared Cook. If that were to happen you can add 1 more season ticket holder to fill up the seats in 2013.....

IF our WR's and TE's were Mike Wallace, Keenan Allen, Brian Hartline, Davone Bess, Rishard Matthews; Jared Cook and Charles Clay.... I think I would piss and **** my pants at the same time
