Moore is not going some place where he should obviously start but won't even get consideration at the start of the season.
There is not a place in the nfl that Moore should be the obvious starter. He has never been able to hold a starting position for a whole season.
He deserves a shot but seriously what team would just hand him a damn starting job

there's no reason the backup qb should be a priority right now...miamis got bigger fish to fry than a backup qb that doesn't really fit the system...
hoops scoops 2012 season ..."in 2014 ryan tannehill etches his name in stone amongst the games elite qbs"..."ryan tannehill and andrew luck will carry the afc for the next decade plus the way peyton manning and tom brady have this last decade plus"

Yeah guys, it is not like quarterback is important. Let's sign another offensive lineman.
"Coach Sparano assured us at the beginning of the week, they win the turnover battle, they win the game," guard Richie Incognito said. "And we went out there, turned the ball over."

Moore is a better QB then buttfumble and would beat him out easily.

This regime has mishandled priority of qb but a starting olineman is till more important than a backup qb

The Dolphins are comfortable with Devlin as the back up.

How many rookie qb's have a 4 to 1 td to int ratio. Its not just a matter of talent around them.
I'd take Moss and Garçon over Hartline and Bess any day of the week.

You should try reading comprehension yourself if you are going to give others grief for it. No where did hoops say QB isn't important at all. He's just stating that this team has more pressing needs than backup QB. Tannehill is our starter and has earned that job for now.
I just try to be myself, whatever that is. I don't think about how I'll be remembered. I just want to be consistent over a long period of time. That's what the great players do.

If he was a 7th round draft pick, his body of work would not be good enough to justify handing him the starting job. Bottom line, you need to acknowledge you are handing him the job because he was a high 1st round draft pick and not become of his performance. And in the end, that is a really really bad reason to hand someone a starting job.
