Long and Smith could still stay.

Sean Smith - DB - Dolphins
A league source tells the Miami Herald neither CB Sean Smith nor LT Jake Long are a "certainty" to leave the Dolphins in free agency.
Corner and tackle are among the deepest positions in free agency, so it's not a surprise. Both players have been transparent about seeking top dollar, but the Dolphins could still end up the highest bidder depending on how the open market shakes out. Long is probably more likely to return than Smith.

Long has Chicago looking at him. This market is full. If Chicago offers him 8-9 mil how much you wanna bet his agent calls Ireland to see if he is willing? They own a house I believe so....its a big deal these days. We already offered him a contract, if its in the ballpark, money is not everything, especially since you already have lots.

and dont forget, Rosenhaus said we are waiting for Long on Winston.

I like Goldson a lot. The thought of him and Reshad at safety. Maybe pick up Houston and draft either Rhodes or Trufant and our secondary's looking a hell of a lot better. I doubt we get Goldson though.

Smith can go to the arena league where he belongs. I can't believe anyone would pay him above the minimum after what he's put on tape.
